SALES CONTRACT

By signing this contract, Palmhaven Collies has sold to the buyer the following puppy:

SELLERS WARRANTY TO BUYER

Seller Warrants that the above  described puppy is free of any health problems. 

In addition, being the puppy is 8 weeks or older, the required shots and worming

have been done and up to date.

This warranty also guarantees for a period of  one year, the puppy is free of any 

hereditary or congenital defects considered to be life threatening or unsuitable 

for breeding if sold as a show prospect.

Should buyer decide to return the dog due to health reasons, seller has the right to have an independent veterinarian provide a second  opinion on the diagnosis.

At no time is seller responsible for any veterinary bills after the dog is purchased.

 If said puppy is proven to be defective, a replacement puppy will be provided. in the event of death, an autopsy will be performed at the owners expense to determine the exact cause of death.

BUYERS WARRANTY TO SELLER

Buyer agrees  to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian within 72 hours pf possession of the puppy, and to inform the seller immediately  of any health problems that may be detected. 

This time period is crucial to validate health guarantee.

Transportation of the puppy  for delivery, or due to health problems is the responsibility  and expense of the buyer.

Should the buyer decide for any reason that they cannot keep the puppy, 

the SELLER HAS FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL!

Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will they ever place the puppy in an animal shelter, pet store, retail store or research facility.

Payment is due IN FULL at the time the puppy is released, or in the event of a planned shipment, payment in full must be made at least one week prior to shipping.

Payment must be paid in the form of Cash or PAY PAL for deposit, 

and CASH for balance.

GENERAL

Buyer certifies, by signing this agreement, that the puppy will live with the buyer, be confined in a secure, fenced yard, will have adequate  exercise, nutritious food

and necessary health care by a licensed veterinarian, including appropriate vaccinations, and thereafter, yearly vaccinations including rabies.

LIMITATION OF ACTION

Any action or claim brought by buyer against seller for breach of this contract must be brought within one year of the date such claim occurred.
